Nove – Munich (Germany)

Design: Antonio Citterio & Patricia Viel

NOVE, designed by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel is an office building thought to become a landmark in the Arnulfpark district in Munich, completed in 2017. A perfect example of quality urban architecture.

We are talking about 27,000 square meters, distributed over six floors and approximately 1300 workstations. Totally the building is an integrated nine-storey skyscraper that offers a striking view of the Alps from the roof terraces. Two elements are signature of the construction: the very large and airy atrium and the external facade of the building, they are the flagships of the project. Aesthetics and architectural peculiarities stand out and dominate the scene. The gilded aluminum frames make the building recognizable even from afar and provide the project with a three-dimensional effect.

Grassi Pietre contributed to the construction with the supply of Vicenza stone, in the Grigio Alpi quality. Coming directly from our quarries, the material was used for the large ventilated wall that covers the common areas of the building and other parking-passage areas.
